FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  Do I need to bring my own bedding?

Yes.   Please bring your own sleeping bag and any other bedding you would like to use.

2.  What else do I need to bring?

Your Bible, notebook/pen, towel, toiletries, comfortable walking and or hiking shoes, water bottle,  flashlight, jacket/sweatshirt, cash for purchasing from the cafe and our onsite vendors, and of course a friend.

3.  Are there any single rooms avaiable?  

No. 

4.  How far is Silver Lake from the Seattle Area?

Silver Lake is located 270 miles from Seattle.  The camp is a hop, skip, and a jump away.  Hop on I-90, skip through the mountains and jump over the  beautiful farmland.  

5. What cabin will I be staying in? May I pick my own cabin mates?

You will be given your housing assignment when you check in.  All cabins have a bathroom and shower.  Please make a note of your cabin mate requests when registering or email your request to kaye@worldwidejoy.org

6.  Where will the meetings be held?

 Upper Cafeteria.

7.  Where do I check in?

Lower Cafeteria.

8.  Can I pay by check?

9.  What if I have special dietary concerns?

We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, but do have a refrigerator and micorwave available for you.

10.  Cancellation Policy

Once you have signed up and paid, the amount is non-refundable and will be used for a scholarship for someone to take your place should you be unable to attend.

11.  When is the registration deadline? 

April 3, 2025.

12.   I am a vendor and sell (photographs, jewelry, art, centerpieces, ....) is there a space for me to sell my work?

13.  I'm having trouble registering? 

Please try a different browser.  If that doesn't work, please call Kaye at 425-478-5107 or email Kaye at kaye@worldwidejoy.org

14.  What do I do if I use an apple computer or phone and can't "check out"?

Please try clearing the cache, try opening up a window in private mode, or try another brower like duckduckgo or chrome.   If none of these options work, please contact Kaye at kaye@worldwidejoy.org or call her at 425-478-5107.
